Primary Responsibilities – in addition to the essential functions above:
- Monitoring and entering deliveries, dates and quantities
- Coordinating delivery dates and quantities internally with the MRP PP/MM Controller
- Managing and monitoring the customer’s requirements, incl. any fluctuations in their requirements
- Maintaining contact with customers in order to coordinate requirements, delivery dates and complaints
- Processing customer complaints relating to issues with the logistics service
- Monitoring and correcting cumulative quantities
- Creating sales orders in SAP and ensuring that the delivery quantities are correct
- Maintaining customer portals in accordance with the requirements set by Logistics
- Coordinating the inventory internally with the warehouse
- Monitoring and maintaining the master data in coordination with the Manager and Sales
- Helping to improve and standardise work processes
- Responsible for measuring and achieving the SCM KPIs
Minimum Requirements:
