Essential Functions Required for Job
- Managing and monitoring the customer’s requirements, including any fluctuations in their releases
- Managing customer portals (shortage tickets, pilot tickets, surveys, contact updates, disputes, etc.)
- Maintaining contact with customers in order to coordinate requirements, delivery dates and complaints
- Monitoring and entering deliveries, dates and quantities in SAP
- Coordinating delivery dates and quantities internally with the MRP PP/MM Controller
- Coordinate problem solving activities in response to customer logistics complaints
- Monitoring and correcting cumulative shipped quantities
- Creating sales orders and schedule agreements in SAP
- Creating financial invoices in SAP as needed
- Monitoring and maintaining the master data in coordination with SCM and Sales
- Helping to improve and standardize work processes
- Responsible for achieving SCM KPIs
